One of the great prizes of sustainability and sustainable mobility is the inclusion of women in all activities related to these areas. That is why Formula E, true to its principles, has a program dedicated to the participation of women.

With the support of partners such as Hankook and ABB, the electric series welcomed more than 100 girls to each FIA Girls on Track event this season, with Mexico, Diriyah and Berlin hosting a day of activities to educate and inspire, packed with knowledge and practical experiences.

Along with activities such as e-karting, simulator challenges in the Gaming Arena, garage runs and wheel change practice, the girls also got an invitation back to the track to see all the action on race day, alongside a capacity crowd of 40,000 at the first round of the GEN3 era.

Hankook also created initiatives to test the ladies with a giant board game, and answer their questions about the tire manufacturer, its technology, sustainability and Formula E with top prizes for the winners.

FIA Girls on Track provides the opportunity to hear from women within the industry who travel the world with Formula E, such as doctors, marshals, presenters, media managers and mechanics.

It is an opportunity to learn about the passions of these inspirational women, their career paths and have the chance to ask questions about how they could get their dream jobs.

The Hankook-backed initiative has delivered programs in Mexico, Diriyah and São Paulo and will appear in Jakarta as well as at the London finale, with a record five events throughout the season.

In addition, this season, there will be virtual sessions for the first time open to girls from around the world. The Season 9 program includes more hands-on workshops and behind-the-scenes experiences for girls ages 12-18, with an increased focus on education, off-site career talks and plenty of opportunities to get involved in each of the four races.
