The wait is over, finally, the ABB FIA Formula E is back with everything for a new season. Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, will be the venue for the first E-Prix of the 8th campaign, where fans can already influence the outcome of the race via the FANBOOST.

The FANBOOST is a vote from fans to their favorite driver, which grants him/her extra power to be used after the halfway point of the race. Up to five seconds to defend the position or keep the pace on the track. The process opens six days before the competition and 15 minutes after the race.

Fans wishing to leave their mark on the Diriyah E-Prix can do so via the ABB FIA Formula E FIA Formula E mobile app or the official FANBOOST site. At the moment, Alexander Sims leads the table with a total of 14% support, while Italian rookie Antonio Giovinazzi is second with 12%.

The stage is set for a new on-track battle. All drivers will try to take the crown at the end of the season; therefore, they will not be able to give a single centimeter on tracks to achieve it. Names such as Antonio Giovinazzi, Sam Bird and Lucas di Grassi promise to give everything, but so do their rivals.

Diriyah will host the electric single-seaters from January 28 to 29, a night race accompanied by the artificial lights of the Saudi territory. A spectacular street circuit awaits the 22 drivers on the grid, with 21 laps and 2.495 kilometers, with technical curves, fast challenges and adrenaline everywhere.
