As part of its process of preparing through strategic partnerships for the debut of the FIM E-Xplorer World Cup, the series announced an agreement with X-Track to become the official supplier of modular tracks for the 100% electric off-road motorcycle category.

X-Track is a Canadian company that manufactures modules using environmentally sustainable materials, including recycled, recyclable and reusable products designed to last for many years. As such, it aligns perfectly with the sustainable vision of the series, which is gearing up for its debut.

The tracks they develop can even be easily modified due to the interchangeable nature of the modules, making it more cost-effective and attractive for their customers to purchase the services over time. Now, they will work in collaboration with the motorcycle category that combines high-impact racing in rural and urban environments.

Strategic Partnership

With the partnership between the two parties, FIM E-Xplorer World Cup will be able to develop sustainable race tracks around the world for the first season of the series, as well as providing a great opportunity to promote the building of safe environments for riding electric motorcycles in urban areas.

“X-TRACK is thrilled to be involved in the technological and environmental advances taking place and is honored to have been selected as the official supplier of synthetic track modules for the FIM E-Xplorer World Cup,” said Steve Lussier, Co-Founder and Project Manager of X-Track.

It is worth noting that the Canadian company’s development of the modules stems from a collaborative effort with engineering firms Elabore and LX Sim, who contributed in the creation of design plans and simulations, while CDCQ and Coalia Laboratories sourced the manufacturing materials.

“We are delighted to offer our expertise in custom fabrication of modules that are tailored to specific needs, whether they are jumps, bumps or curves. Our modules are especially ideal for urban circuits,” concluded Lussier.

On the other hand, Valentin Guyonnet, CEO and Co-Founder of FIM E-Xplorer World Cup, was happy about this new strategic step in the construction of the championship. “We are pleased to collaborate with X-Track, a company whose cutting-edge techniques are pushing the boundaries of electric motorcycle development,” he said.
