The FIM E-Xplorer World Cup is increasingly taking shape ahead of the category’s debut season, setting the trend as the 100% electric off-road motorcycle series, ready to compete in rural and urban environments under a line-up of top riders, both male and female.

In this sense, it was recently announced the participation of another team in the category: PCR-e Sur-Ron Factory Racing, which will be part of the inaugural campaign under the talents of Sam Winterburn Racing and Chlôe Richardson, who have also been confirmed as official riders.

In addition, the team will be headed by former Enduro and Dakar rider Derrick Edmonson. In this way, PCR-e will represent Great Britain in the innovative electric off-road motorcycle series.

“We are very excited to be part of the inaugural e-Xplorer series. Valentin (Guyonnet), Carina (Munte) and all their enthusiastic team have put together a great package in some awesome locations. The message of inclusion and sustainability, while having a lot of fun is something that is hard to ignore,” says Edmonson.

On the other hand, Carina Munte, Lead Coordinator and Co-Founder of the championship, was also pleased with the addition of the team to the electric motorcycle series. “I am delighted to welcome PCR-e Sur-Ron Factory Racing to FIM E-Xplorer. The team’s history of pushing the boundaries of electric motorcycle technology, along with their shared values of innovation, sustainability and gender parity aligns perfectly with our mission to create a sustainable future through sport,” she commented.
