eSkootr Championship (eSC) is one of the innovative categories seeking to leave a sustainable footprint on the motorsports world. With a premiere date for 2022, details are being fine-tuned at the offices to get off on the right foot, and one of them has been the appointment of NEP Group as the Official Technical Broadcasting Partner.

This was announced by the 100% Electric Scooter division through an official statement, noting that the company will be in charge of the external transmission operation of the championship. Undoubtedly, it will be a challenge when coordinating on-site and remote transmission solutions.

The goal of eSC is to promote and contribute to urban micro-mobility growth by taking the S1-X to the world’s most important cities to demonstrate the power, reliability and performance possible with this type of vehicle.

“As a new sport with a unique race format in the heart of city centers, eSkootr Championship presents many broadcast challenges. After working with the NEP Group on our test events, we were impressed with their commitment to technical development, innovation and their ability to find solutions to allow us to deliver sustainable inner-city screenings…,” said Hrag Sarkissian, Co-Founder and CEO, eSC.

“We are delighted to be working on this new sport with the eSC team and its partners. In addition, we look forward to the innovative coverage that will be one of the hallmarks of the category. In addition, ensuring a sustainable coverage plan for this global series,” said Brian Clark, Sales Director, NEP Major Events.
