A new FIM Enel MotoE World Cup season is about to begin. Jordi Torres is getting ready to defend his crown, and to do so, he will have to put everything into the three-day preseason free tests that started on March 7 in Jerez, where adrenaline and electrification will take all the spotlights.

The Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto welcomed the championship riders, who will be witnessing until March 9 how the teams managed to set up the necessary configurations to be competitive on the official campaign. Torres knows that the road ahead will be complicated, and for that reason, he must take advantage of every opportunity he can get.

The fight will be more than interesting, alongside Torres (Pons Racing 40) is Hector Garzo (Tech3 E-Racing) and the dangerous WithU GRT RNF MotoE Team riders, Niccolò Canepa and Bradley Smith. Battling on track with caution will be vital to stay alive in what promises to be a great battle.

Therefore, the preseason in Jerez will be a fundamental part to adapt before the first official green flag.

About MotoE

MotoE is a new MotoGP World Championship bet that emerged in 2019: an all-electric series developed by Energica, where close races and spectacular battles have been contested on some of the most iconic circuits of motorcycling. The 18 riders have fought at every corner for the title.

The winners of the previous editions were Matteo Ferrari (2019) and the two-time World Cup Champion Jordi Torres (2020 and 2021); many other riders also managed to get on the podium and finish in the top three in the many races that have been disputed so far.
