Extreme E faces its second season after a debut in style in 2021. On that occasion, Rosberg X Racing was champion after an intense battle against X44. Now, Nico Rosberg’s team is looking to retain its title after three races so far in 2022, with two more to go.

The campaign kicked off in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. A bit bumpy for some, successful for others. Christine GZ and Kevin Hansen suffered accidents that resulted in significant injuries, while Tanner Foust flipped in the debut of the McLaren XE. On the other hand, RXR debuted the season with a win.

It then took more than 4 months for the ODYSSEY 21 to return to racing. The calendar underwent a slight modification that left Sardinia as host of the second and third races. Called Island X Prix I and II, they left a lot to talk about after what happened on the track.

Island X Prix I remained in the possession of Chip Ganassi Racing after a penalty imposed on Rosberg X Racing, while Island X Prix II was won, once again, by Rosberg X Racing. After three races, find out how the Extreme E 2022 championship is going

Remaining Races

Extreme is preparing for its debut on South American soil, as the 100% electric off-road category will race in Antofagasta, Chile and Punta del Este Uruguay, visiting two new locations in the second season, which are attached to its main objective: sustainability, exposure of environmental problems and execution of solutions.
