Formula E Presents Provisional Schedule for Season 11

Fórmula E

Formula E has announced its provisional calendar for season 11 of the World Championship, with the largest number of races and locations set for one campaign, following validation by the FIA World Motorsport Council.

The series will complete a 17-race season for the first time in its history spanning 11 iconic venues, while continuing to pioneer all-electric racing.

New race venues in Miami and Diriyah; a separate double day of racing in Monaco, a first for the Principality in any motorsport championship; a double day of racing in Tokyo; and the return of Jakarta round out the list of other urban venues.

Schedule

The Season 11 campaign will begin in São Paulo on December 7, 2024 following preseason testing from November 4-7, 2024 in Valencia.

It will be the first time the new GEN3 EVO single-seater will be tested and shown in public, capable of going from 0-60 mph in just 1.82 seconds, 36% faster than the current GEN3.

A new venue in Diriyah will host the first doubleheader of the season on February 14-15, 2025, while the series returns to Miami for the first time since Season 1 in an all-new location on April 12, 2025.

The Homestead-Miami Speedway venue builds on its heritage and success in hosting exciting NASCAR and IndyCar races for decades.

2024/2025 Formula E Season Calendar

Monaco will host, for the first time in the Principality’s history, separate back-to-back motor races throughout the Circuit de Monaco given the competitive and action-packed nature of Formula E racing.

Following the successful inaugural E-Prix in Tokyo, where the public roads of the world’s most populous city were closed for the first time for a motorsport event, a double day of racing will take place on May 17 and 18, 2025.

Jakarta also returns to the calendar after a one-year break, while a doubleheader finale at ExCeL London completes the largest Formula E racing calendar to date.

One location has been included as TBC while final discussions with a new venue take place, ahead of the confirmed calendar announcement to be made in the fall following the FIA World Motor Sport Council Meeting.
