Sin embargo, esta geometr\u00eda tiene sus l\u00edmites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El empleo de electrodos m\u00e1s gruesos significa un mayor potencial de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda ya que ofrece una superficie mayor para cubrir con los iones de litio. Pero las capas alineadas horizontalmente obligan a los iones a moverse de un lado a otro a medida que salen y entran en los electrodos, lo que conduce a tiempos de carga m\u00e1s lentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el estudio que fue publicado en la revista \u201cProceedings of the National Academy of Sciences\u201d, su autor, <strong>Guihua Yu <\/strong>explic\u00f3 que <strong>se cree com\u00fanmente que los materiales bidimensionales son candidatos prometedores para aplicaciones de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda de alta velocidad porque solo necesitan tener varios nan\u00f3metros de espesor para el transporte r\u00e1pido de carga, pero para las bater\u00edas de alta energ\u00eda basadas en el dise\u00f1o de electrodos gruesos, el re-apilamiento de nanol\u00e1minas como bloques de construcci\u00f3n puede causar cuellos de botella significativos en el transporte de carga.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNuestro electrodo muestra un rendimiento electroqu\u00edmico superior en parte debido a la alta resistencia mec\u00e1nica, la alta conductividad el\u00e9ctrica y la facilidad para el transporte de los iones de litio, gracias a la arquitectura \u00fanica que dise\u00f1amos\u201d, afirma Zhengyu Ju, otro de los autores de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo utiliz\u00f3 una segunda bater\u00eda con capas de electrodos apiladas horizontalmente como un sistema de control. El electrodo apilado verticalmente se pudo <strong>recargar al 50% de su capacidad en 30 minutos<\/strong>, mientras que el electrodo apilado horizontalmente tard\u00f3 2 horas y 30 minutos en cargarse al mismo nivel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los cient\u00edficos afirman que este electrodo denso y grueso est\u00e1 entre los que ofrecen las mejores cifras de capacidad \u00abreportadas en la literatura\u00bb.
