Al parecer no todos los que participaron este a\u00f1o en la F\u00f3rmula E permanecer\u00e1n para la tercera generaci\u00f3n (Gen3) de la categor\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica. Como ya es sabido desde hace alg\u00fan tiempo, la escuder\u00eda Mercedes-EQ abandona la serie, pero otros actores importantes tambi\u00e9n abandonar\u00e1n el barco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se trata de Susie Wolff, ya ex directora del equipo Venturi Racing, quien inform\u00f3 sobre su salida no solo de la plantilla, sino de la competici\u00f3n en general. A pesar de no aclarar las razones, se especula que el adi\u00f3s de la expiloto puede estar vinculado a la asociaci\u00f3n que tendr\u00e1 la marca con Maserati para la \u201cseason nine\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En medio de su despedida, Wolff se\u00f1al\u00f3 que cuando lleg\u00f3 a Venturi, su objetivo era construir un equipo que no solo tuviera \u00e9xito en la pista, sino que se mantuviera firme para un prop\u00f3sito mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa meta era crear una familia de carreras, que celebraba la diversidad y defend\u00eda la inclusi\u00f3n. Si bien ese viaje a\u00fan contin\u00faa, estoy muy orgullosa del progreso que hemos logrado\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su transitar en Venturi comenz\u00f3 en 2018 como jefa de equipo, rol que desempe\u00f1\u00f3 hasta esta temporada, cuando fue nombrada CEO de la estructura. La expiloto ha sido la m\u00e1xima responsable de la formaci\u00f3n en el a\u00f1o que m\u00e1s \u00e9xitos ha conseguido: terminar terceros en el Mundial de corredores con Mortara y segundos en el Mundial de Equipos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abPoco sab\u00eda hace cuatro a\u00f1os la escala de los desaf\u00edos que enfrentar\u00edamos como equipo. Fueron estos momentos dif\u00edciles los que definieron la resiliencia, la fe y la confianza que hemos construido entre nosotros: pasar de competir en la parte de atr\u00e1s a luchar constantemente por victorias y t\u00edtulos\u00bb, dijo Wolff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
