Comenz\u00f3 con una minimoto cuando ten\u00eda 4 a\u00f1os. Ahora, tiene 25 y forma parte de la grilla oficial de FIM Enel MotoE World Cup.

Bajo los colores del equipo Openbank Aspar Team, su talento se ver\u00e1 en las pistas de la categor\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica a dos ruedas, compartiendo escenarios imponentes en conjunto con el Campeonato Mundial de MotoGP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Toledo, Espa\u00f1a, naci\u00f3 el 26 de agosto de 1996, y recientemente particip\u00f3 en los ensayos de pretemporada en el Circuito de Jerez, justo donde iniciar\u00e1 una nueva aventura en MotoE durante el mes de mayo. Herrera es y quiere seguir siendo un ejemplo para todas aquellas ni\u00f1as y mujeres que desean tener una carrera dentro de los deportes a motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A los 12 a\u00f1os se dio cuenta que el motociclismo era lo suyo. Con el pasar de los a\u00f1os experimentaba mayor velocidad, motos m\u00e1s potentes, mientras la pasi\u00f3n crec\u00eda para descubrir que la competici\u00f3n deb\u00eda formar parte de su d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Sin embargo, en m\u00e1s de una oportunidad el camino no fue sencillo de labrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abCuando me pongo el casco, soy un piloto m\u00e1s\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, una de las frases que ha utilizado la espa\u00f1ola a lo largo de su carrera para introducirse en un escenario dominado por hombres. Pero cuando se trata de su talento, los resultados en pista hablan por s\u00ed solos. \u00abA medida que pasaban los a\u00f1os, la gente se empieza a fijar en ti y supone m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estabilidad en un equipo y luchar, demostrar su talento y luchar por ganar carreras. Eso es lo que espera Mar\u00eda Herrera de MotoE, y para ello, se prepara con todo con la intenci\u00f3n de demostrar su val\u00eda.
