La Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Clim\u00e1tico de 2021 (COP26) se lleva a cabo en Escocia, Glasgow. All\u00ed, representantes de diversos pa\u00edses est\u00e1n presentes para debatir sobre los efectos de este fen\u00f3meno en el mundo y proponer la ejecuci\u00f3n de soluciones que reviertan la situaci\u00f3n. Aprovechando la ventana de exposici\u00f3n global, una ambulancia impulsada por hidr\u00f3geno se ha dejado ver gracias a la empresa ULEMCo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta compa\u00f1\u00eda mostr\u00f3 el veh\u00edculo de salud p\u00fablica llamado Proyecto Zerro (Zero Emission Rapid Response Operations) que sin duda alguna contribuye con el cambio verde que se requiere. Cuenta con varias caracter\u00edsticas que facilitan su operaci\u00f3n al pretar servicios de salud, y por supuesto, manteniendo los est\u00e1ndares exigidos para un veh\u00edculo de este tipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El apartado mec\u00e1nico es 100% el\u00e9ctrico, un extensor de rango con pila de combustible de hidr\u00f3geno, un esquema h\u00edbrido que puede brindar recorridos superiores a las 300 millas (480 kil\u00f3metros aproximadamente). La ambulancia ha sido promovida por el servicio de salud del condado de Yorkshire (Inglaterra).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De hecho, la primera unidad se encuentra fabricada y ensamblada, siendo los asistentes del COP26 los primeros en detallarla muy de cerca y constatar que, desde los servicios de salud tambi\u00e9n puede contribuir a reducir emisiones. En el pasado se ha visto como varios departamentos de polic\u00eda alrededor del mundo han optado por veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos o impulsados por hidr\u00f3geno, pero en cuanto a ambulancias, se trata de la primera opci\u00f3n sostenible y verde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSe ha realizado un gran esfuerzo por parte de los socios industriales para llevar el proyecto ZERRO a esta etapa.
