Abbi Pulling is set to make a comeback adorned in Alpine colors for the F1 Academy 2024. In an official press release, the series disclosed that she will be back in action for the upcoming season, with the French team confirming her continued representation under the Rodin Carlin flag.

In the inaugural season of the series, Pulling clinched seven podiums, secured two pole positions, and notched up four fastest laps, securing a commendable fifth position in the overall standings. In response to the announcement, 20-year-old Abbi Pulling conveyed her excitement about continuing to play a role in the development program of the French team.

“This marks my third season in the team’s driver development program. Being part of the Alpine Racing family is incredible, with unparalleled access and support from a Formula 1 team,” she added.

Abbi Pulling’s Journey

Abbi Pulling’s journey to the F1 Academy commenced in 2018, culminating in a sixth-place finish in the British F4 during her debut season two years later. Following this achievement, she joined the W Series midway through the 2021 season and returned for a full season the following year.

I hope for a successful year, delivering strong results for the team,” she continued.

Julian Rouse, interim sporting director, expressed, “We are delighted to announce Abbi as our choice for the BWT Alpine F1 team in the 2024 F1 Academy season. This marks her third season as part of the Alpine Racing family within the Alpine Academy, and she has demonstrated remarkable progress both on and off the track during her time with the team.”
