A Yacht or a Mansion? Discover the Most Luxurious Electric Vessel in the World

Maritime transport continues to change abruptly and comes with an increasingly sustainable face but, in some cases, with a touch of luxury and extravagance.

This is the case of the Arkup yacht, a company known for producing such splendid habitable vehicles, which will start production of a 22-meter self-sustainable electric vessel and also a floating mansion.

It is notable for having 213 square meters of 36 kW solar panels on the roof, generating enough power to run the two 100 kW silent electric motors on the yacht, rotating 180 degrees for better maneuverability.

The boat also has rain collectors on the roof, capturing the water, storing it in the hull and purifying it to ensure total freshwater autonomy. With solar power and liquid collection, it can sail noiselessly and without polluting waterways, bays or lakes.

Impressive Accessories

Inside the ship, it exhibits minimalist décor, with huge glass windows on both sides offering an almost 360-degree view of the sea. This, combined with open-air Jacuzzis and a platform descending to sea level for those who want to take a dip. It also has an intelligent communications system including a satellite TV and WiFi, LTE and VHF antennas.

Cutting-edge Technology

The boat also features a number of other innovative technology products that enable it to control the temperature of the boat, lights, electric blinds, the sound system and video surveillance, among others. Always remotely and monitored in real time. The user also receives important information about the yacht, such as battery life and water tank capacity, for example.

The structure also includes four 12-meter-long hydraulic legs, which allow the yacht to anchor easily in waters up to 6 meters deep and raise the boat above sea level to prevent sea sickness in users. A self-elevation system makes the yacht resistant to strong winds, floods and tidal waves.

It is a boat affordable for very few pockets, an extravagant cost of 5.5 million dollars, but it offers a good experience at sea.
